DESCRIPTION
RETIRE is a versatile, easy to use, retirement planning tool.It offers
a simple way to to take a look at personalized retirement prospects.
The user can project retirement income based on company savings plans,
IRA's, personal savings, Social Security and various pension plans.
The unregistered version for which no registration fee is asked
provides input for a single life annuity pension as offered by most
company plans. The registered version will allow input and compare
advantages and disadvantages for the user for 17 pension options
including the joint and 100% survivor options.
The user is prompted to enter his projected retirement living
expenses, and then finds out how long his savings will last. Income
taxes, planned future expenditures and cash collections are provided
for. The effects of an early death , or extremes in inflation rate are
easily shown. The documentation is complete.
REQUIREMENTS IBM PC or equivalent, 256k
REGISTRATION Those who register for $29.95 will receive a 5 1/4 disk
which will process and compare up to 17 types of retirement pension
options such as temporary modified cash, Social Security adjusted
options, etc and will match them to the users personal situation.
